Bomberboy's current selection is:
Bad Intentions and a Bit Of Cruelty
by Wendy James
Wendy James was the lead singer of 80s rock/pop band Transvision Vamp (big Hit Baby I don’t Care)

When the band split in the Early Nineties She with help from Elvis Costello issued the first of 3 solo albums Now ain’t the time for Tears which achieved minor chart success in the UK (#43) Subsequently she went on to form a band called Racine who released to 2 albums in the Mid 2000s but split in 2008.

James then went back to solo recording and her third album was this one which she released via Pledge Music and I pledged having heard some her material. The personnel were a bit of a supergroup:-
Wendy James - Vocals/Rhythm Guitar/Keys & Piano
Lenny Kaye – Rhythm/Lead Guitar (Patti Smith Group)
Glen Matlock – Bass (Sex Pistols)
James Sclavunos – Drums (Nick Cave and Bad Seeds)

On the LP James Williamson did some guitar too though not on this one

When they play this live she plays guitar so
