The voice of David Thomas has been described as "James Stewart trapped in an oboe" or "that of a man muttering in a crowd. You think he's talking to himself until you realize he's talking to you." He has made a habit, throughout his career, of writing new songs then tagging them with the name of an already famous existing song - as here! There is usually no relation between the old song and his new one - just the title!
