Bomberboy's current selection is:
Love Games (Full length Version)
by Level 42
On my Hi Fi the bass on this was fantastic and I was taken with it totally. I never brought the LP though but got a Compilation (on Cassette tape) which had the long versions of most of their early hits (this, Hot Water etc)

Looking at 1981 I didn’t really buy many LPs... this reached #38 in the UK charts and from their #debuts album. It was their 2nd single release

Mark King – bass, percussion, Lead vocals
Mike Lindup – Minimoog, acoustic & electric pianos, percussion, vocals bridge lead vocals on
Boon Gould – guitars
Phil Gould – drums, glockenspiel, timbales, backing vocals, percussion
with:
Wally Badarou – Prophet 5, Korg Polyphonic, Minimoog, vocalizing
Leroy Williams – congas, bongos, percussion

Listening to it now does it extend its welcome overly? Open to debate

Still a terrific tune though
