Close Behind
by The Pandoras
Formed in 1983 out of Los Angeles as a 60s Influenced garage band under which they released an EP and an LP but had loads of changes in personnel by 1984 only the lead singer Paula Pierce was left remaining. They then went on to a more garage/pop sound releasing a couple of albums but more tensions resulted in Pierce once again the only one left from the Mk2 version by 1987

She then decided that she wanted to develop a more Hard Rock sound but this had the effect of confusing their existing fan base whilst expanding into new areas, More issues resulted in Pierce once again being left as the sole member from Mk3 by 1990 after 1 EP and a Live album

Sadly in 1991 she died of an aneurysm and the band with her. Various members of the existing bands have reformed over the years RIP

This version on this EP (although its described as an LP it had 6 tracks and lasted 21 minutes)

Paula Pierce-Lead Vocals & Lead Guitar,
Sheri Kaplan-Drums,
Rita D'Albert-Guitar,
Melanie Vammen-Keyboards,
Kim Shattuck-Bass

This and the Live album were bundled together in a 2 LP remaster in 2005 and an LP, which appears to be a new (without Pierce) item was released in 2018 called Hey! Its The Pandoras
