I'm joining in enthusiastically with #RoyWoodWeek

I've spoken about it before so will be brief but ELO and Roy Wood are a big connection with my Dad. He grew up in Birmingham and went to the same school as Bev Bevan, I always thought it was Roy but looking into it just now I must have swapped the names in my head. Dad was a big fan and had all The Move and ELO records. I love everything about this track but my favourite part of all is Roy Woods Cello = goosebumps. I actually cried when they played this in 2016.

I went for the better sound in the end but this video is a particular fave, https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=3&v=vSwDLavjiNc - I don't know why, maybe I like to think of my Dad in this era being this carefree and he certainly looked like Jeff Lynn at this stage, no pirate patch but huge mirror sunglasses and hair!
