This Love I have For You
by Lance Fortune
Have completed the journey to 2019 I will go back to the beginning but the UK charts didn’t start until November 1952 and this time year it would be 1953.. I’m going to leave 1950/1 and 2 because they “do not exist” for the purposes of this account.

Focus for this run through on “new Entries” we start at 1960

This was a new entry at Number 35. Wikipedia has this down as a B side but it peaked at Number 26

Number 1 was The Everly Brothers with Cathy’s Clown and Number 50 The Lonely Man Theme by The Cliff Adam Orchestra The Brothers song had been Number 4 last week and replaced Anthony Newlay’s Do You mInd that dropped to Number 2

Paul Anka with Puppy Love had re-Entered the charts at Number 47 and was one of only two re_entries this week

Biggest Mover was Craig Douglas with Heart of a Teenage Girl which leaped 14 spots from number 41 to Number 27
