Reverting back to this week She by Charles Aznavour was Number 1 it had retained its top slot as had Number 2 which was The Drifters with Kissing In The Back Row. George McRae with Rock Your Baby climbed up to Number 3 from Number 4 and would subsequently hit the Number 1 spot

Don’t Stay Away Too Long by Peters and Lee was at the bottom of the chart at Number 50 falling from Number 42

No ReEntries this week Stephenie De Sykes dropped in at Number 14 with Born With A Smile of My Face and would eventually climb to Number 2

Biggest Mover was The Rubettes and Tonight it jumped 21 places from Number 40 to Number 19 eventually stalling at Number 12
