dutchzaphod's current selection is:
Ashes of Eden
by Breaking Benjamin
Yesterday, 22 August, I went to see Breaking Benjamin at the Tivoli venue in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Great performance.

Trivia: Frontman Benjamin Burnley doesn't like to fly; in fact he's determined never to set foot inside an airplane. Last year he took a cruise to reach Europe. This year's no different. Again, he made the 7 day journey per boat to reach us. :)

Former TIMJ double identity dutchzaphod/dutchbeeblebrox. Known for hashtags DutchClassic and NVAS (Nouvelle Vague Appreciation Society). Currently, for several reasons, contemplating moving from Amsterdam to "the country". At the age of 62 seeking less stairs and readily available nature. But reluctant to leave because of the many music venues in Amsterdam. UPDATE: As of now I'm living in a suburb of Nijmegen. Nijmegen is the next best thing, imho, after Amsterdam. :) In 2017 I've been to Poets of the Fall, Green Day and Two Door Cinema Club and many, many more including Alter Bridge in The Royal Albert Hall. In 2016 I went to see Nothing But Thieves, Poets of the Fall (2 times), The Maccabees, Tame Impala, Cage the Elephant, Muse, Noel Gallagher and his High Flying Birds, Breaking Benjamin, Temper Trap, The Boxer Rebellion, White Lies, The Kaiser Chiefs, Biffy Clyro, Alter Bridge, The Cure, Model Depose, Nouvelle Vague, Placebo and Tony Hadley (Spandau Ballet). 2018 Seen: Stereophonics, The Killers, Myles Kennedy (acoustic AND with a band, Editors, Arcane Roots,Noel Gallagher .
