J'ai peur des américains (live, David Bowie cover)
by Jérôme Mardaga
Since BONES UK's album came out, with its cover of I'm Afraid of Americans, I've been going down a rabbit hole of the song's various remixes and cover versions.

I've known about this cover pretty much since Jérôme released it, as I saw his band Jeronimo supporting Indochine around that time, and he played this live. Been a fan ever since and have been trying to catch him in Belgium to no avail (he played a concert in Brussels last year which I unfortunately missed).

This particular live version takes it to another level, clocking in at around 9 minutes and with an intense spoken word section in the middle! Love it though - and you should check out the album it comes from https://jeronimojeronimo.bandcamp.com/album/un-monde-sans-moi
