Go All the Way
by The Raspberries
To celebrate Eric Carmen's 67th birthday I'm going to get a head start on #BestSeventiesPop, because I can. The Raspberries on The Mike Douglas Show, 1974, performing "Go All the Way." The studio version was produced by Jimmy Ienner on their debut album. The U.S. version of the album contained a fruit perfume scratch and sniff sticker. The song was written by Eric Carmen, and was no. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. Due to its sexually suggestive lyrics it was banned by the BBC.
